Best Western Plus Rama Inn

Rooms were nice, clean. It is situated near a restaurant and shopping. Right off the highway . Only complaint was it was so icy . I could not walk on their sidewalk because it goes downhill. Walked behind the cars which was a solid sheet of ice also. Continental breakfast had lots of options and was good . Did not get to swim. To late.

Very clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, i didn't say great, because the eggs were a little runny. However, they have this pancake machine! You press a button it makes two in about a minute, and they're just the way i like them! Bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Could use better choices for midnight snacks. One poorly stocked vending machine, thats all I'm gonna say about that. Plenty of places to eat right outside the doors. Not gourmet, but good and decent. There's a grocery store/mart right there as well, so you can load up on snacks, since you know lol. All in all nice stay.

I paid $160 for a room with a king bed. The bed wasn't level, with the head being lower than the foot of the bed, more so on one side than the other. My camera was level when I took the photo. It was horrible for my reflux and I woke up with a very sore back. When I told the front desk about the bed, they didn't offer to do anything to make it right. So basically, I paid $160 for a poor night's sleep, reflux and back pain. The office chair in the room was broken. I turned the thermostat to 68 degrees when I went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night to the room being closer to 80 degrees (~78 degrees). They knocked on my door to clean my room 2 hours before checkout and there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room to hang on the door. I gave it 2 stars because it was clean and quiet. UPDATE: You can see the hotel's reply and clearly they didn't see the part about that I did tell the front desk. I lowered the rating of my review to one star.
